Inter Regiment Water Polo Championship 2022 was held on 20th and 21st of September at the Panagoda Swimming Pool Complex. During the tournament team SLEME defeated the Sri Lanka Army Sinha Regiment with 7-2 points in the first rounds and they won by 12-4 against Sri Lanka Army Service Corps in the second rounds and enter the finals with SLCMP.
Undefeated SLEME team beat Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police team by 12-7 in the finals and able to won the championship.
