According to the concept of Mrs. Nandani Samarakoon, The Honorary president of Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch, a donation program has been implemented to provide special needs to members of the SLEME Seva vanitha family, those who are in need.
As a huge step in this program, SLEME Seva vanitha branch donated a wheelchair to 0/62387 Capt RM Rathnapala (Rtd) who resided in Bandarawela on 17 march 2023.
And also, another wheelchair was donated to the beloved mother of S/630692 Cpl Nandasiri DHU on 27 march 2023 who was being disabled for a long time. This event was conducted with the presence of the president of SLEME Seva vanitha branch, Mrs.Nandani Samarakoon at the RHQ SLEME office premises.
