Brigadier RT Lokuthotahewa usp psc was offered a Guard Turnout to felicitate following his promotion to the rank of Brigadier accordance with military traditions on 09 February 2024 at the of RHQ SLEME.
During the felicitation ceremony Brig RT Lokuthotahewa usp psc had a curtsey call on with the DCOS and the Col Comdt of SLEME in his office and received congratulatory remarks from the Col Comdt.
Several senior Officers, commanding officers, officers and other Ranks attended the felicitation ceremony.
