Inter Battalion Volleyball Tournament 2018 of Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Regiment was held on 18th and 19th of October 2018 at the School of EME Gannoruwa. In the opening ceremony, the Volleyball Tournament was declared open by the Comdt of the School of EME Lt Col DA Sirimannage. School of EME organized and conducted the whole tournament with the participation of a large gathering of Volleyball players from all Bns/ Wksps.
On the last day, Colonel Commandant, Brig MAAD Sirinaga graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the Closing Ceremony and distributed awards and trophies to the winners of events taken place.
At the end of the tournament RHQ SLEME secured trophy of Volleyball Tournament 2018 and EME Base Wksp - CBO became the Runners up while best player was S/M101456 Cfn Dananjaya of RHQ SLEME.
