Deputy Chief of Staff on Admin Inspection at SLEME

The administrative conference of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers was held on 16 November 2021 in the presence of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda at the Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. It mainly focused to ensure the Regiment and all battalions are functioning as per stipulated procedures of the Sri Lanka Army and to resolve any of pending issues in respective battalions of the Regiment. On arrival, the Deputy Chief of Staff was warmly received by the Centre Commandant of the RHQ SLEME Brig OMD Gunasinghe and accorded a Guard Turnout at the entrance of the Regimental Centre. Before commencement of the proceedings of Administrative Conference, the Deputy Chief of Staff highlighted the importance of conducting administrative inspections. SLAVF, Log Comd and Directorates of Army Head Quarters, Commanding Officers of SLEME Battalions and Staff Officers of the SLEME Regimental Centre participated in the conference.
