Major General CK Handunmulla assumed duties as Director General Financial Management (DGFM) amid religious blessings and cheerful gathering at the Army Headquarters on 10 December 2019.
The new DGFM singed an official document, signifying the assumption of duties of the new appointment. He succeeded Major General M A A D Sirinaga who took over the appointment as QMG. Several senior officers from SLAGSC were present at the occasion.
Major General CK Handunmulla has been serving as the Commander Forward Maintenance Area, Mulativu (FMA-MLT) of the Army before he was appointed to this office and also he is the present Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps.
