A wheel chair donation programme was organized by the SLAGSC SVB with the guidance of Mrs Eranga Hewawasam to donate a wheel chair to Cpl Prasad H A's feeble and weak mother. On 29 October 2021 SLAGSC SVB ladies visited his residence at Kuliyapitiya to hand over the wheel chair.
The day was followed with another noble effort by visiting the residence of late WO 1 D M Gamini, who passed away due to Covid 19 related complication while serving as the RSM of 3 SLAGSC (P&R). A scholarship was awarded to his 14 years old daughter while a family ration pack too was donated to his beloved wife.
The President SLAGSC SVB Mrs Eranga Hewawasam, The Centre Commandant, Senior Officers of RHQ SLAGSC and members of SVB participated in this worthy cause.
