As the first event of SLASGC SVB for 2020 and with the objective of transferring merits on late war heores and invoking blessing on all serving Army personnel, SLAGSC Seva Vanitha Branch organized a Dhamma sermon, at RHQ SLAGSC premises on 14 January 2020 (1630hrs)
The days programme, organized by the regimental centre staff under the guidance of the Col Comdt SLAGSC, Maj Gen C K Hadunmulla & the President SVB Mrs Deepa Hadunmulla. All SVB members, senior officers, officers and ORs their wives joined the event..
The Col Comdt, the SVB President, regimental staff and soldiers respectfully welcomed the preacher, Ven Aluthgama Pannasara thero who was invited to commence the sermon.
Offering of "Pirikara" and transfer of merits to all celestial powers culminated the day's proceedings.
