The school was donated Rs.100,000.00 in cash and dry ration sufficient for 02 months. Nevertheless, the students were gifted with stationary items and sweets. Later, they were provided with a delicious meal followed by a series of entertainment items.
Being herself a fine example of the ultimate beneficiaries of free education, Dr. Himali Niyangoda emphasized the children on the motive of the project in a brief interaction where she humbly accepted the love and gratitude of the entire school.
