SLAGSC Inter Unit Elle Tournament was held on 15th and 16 th December 2018 at 1 SLAGSC ground at Panaluwa with the participation of 06 x teams under the supervision of Regimental Sports Committee. Opening Ceremony was held on 15th December 2018 at Army Camp, Panaluwa ground with Brig Chanaka Weragoda USP Centre Commandant as the Chief Guest.
Final match between 4th Battalion team and 2nd Battalion team was played on 16 December 2018 at the Panaluwa ground with the participation of large number of spectators. 4th Battalion Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps team emerged Champions at the Inter Units Elle tournament - 2018.
Awards ceremony was held on 20 December 2018 at Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Rugby ground, Army Cantonment, Panagoda with Brig (Admin & Log), SLAVF HQ, Brig Prasanna Kaluarachchi as the Chief Guest. Director Army Benevolent Fund, AHQ, Brig Jude Fernando, Deputy Pay Master, Dte of P & R, Colonel Palitha Hewawasam, Acting Centre Commandant, Lt Col Sasanka Perera, Commanding Officers of 1, 3, 4, 2 and 6 Battalions SLAGSC Officers and Other Ranks were present to witness the prize giving ceremony.
