The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB) conducted a donation programme on 02 April 2026 under the guidance of Mrs. Sajeewani Bandaranayake, Chairperson of SLSC-SVB.
The Chairperson visited the residence of a Non-Commissioned Officer of 11 SLSC to inquire the health condition and wellbeing of the soldier’s child, who has been suffering from a serious illness. During the visit, essential milk powder was provided to support the child’s nutritional requirements.
On the same day, financial assistance was granted to a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of 10 SLSC at the SLSC-SVB office premises to support the medical treatment of his child, who has been undergoing treatment for a serious health condition. A sum of Rs. 10,000/= was donated during the programme.
