The Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI-SVB) conducted a donation programme at Mahabodhi Girls' Child Development Centre, Meegoda, on 28 February 2026, under the guidance of Major General Y.A.B.M. Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army and Colonel of the Regiment of SLLI and Mrs. Darshani Yahampath, Chairperson of SLLI-SVB.
Gifts and essential daily-use items were provided to the children, accompanied by an entertainment programme and a lunch arrangement. Members of SLLI-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
