The Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSR-SVB) conducted an awareness lecture on “Cyber Crimes” on 14 March 2026 at the Regimental Centre of the SLSR, under the guidance of Mrs. Yamuna Abeykoon, Chairperson of SLSR-SVB, in conjunction with International Women’s Day.
The lecture was delivered by Mr. Malisha Herath, Police Inspector of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Furthermore, 21 winners were selected through a raffle draw and valuable gifts were presented to them. Commemorative gifts were also distributed among all the attendees.
Spouses of Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
