The Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Seva Vanitha Branch (SLCMP-SVB) conducted a school items donation programme to the children of SLCMP personnel on 04 January 2026 at the Regimental Headquarters of SLCMP, Polhengoda.
The event was graced by Major General B.G.S. Fernando USP Hdmc psc, Military Secretary of the Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of SLCMP as the Chief Guest, together with Mrs. Iroshini Fernando, Chairperson of SLCMP-SVB.
During the event, 37 packs were symbolically distributed to children of SLCMP personnel and civil staff, out of a total of 200 packs valued at approximately Rs. 2 million.
Members of SLCMP-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, civil staff and children participated in the event.
