A School Equipment Donation Programme was organized by 1 Corps at Kn/Thiruruvalluvar Primary School, Malayalapuram, on 7 November 2025.
A total of 40 students from low-income families received essential school supplies, generously contributed by Mrs. Samindi Wickramarathne, Chairperson of the Commando Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch.
Major General K.H.M.S Wickramarathne RSP, Commander of 1 Corps and Colonel of the Regiment, Commando Regiment, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
The programme concluded with a tea session and lunch for all students and their parents.
