The Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch (CES-SVB) donated a wheelchair to the mother of Sapper M.M.C. Fernando of the 11 Engineer Services Regiment, who has been paralyzed and bedridden.
The donation was made by Mrs. Anupama Rathnayaka, the Chairperson of CES-SVB, on 29 October 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda.
