Members of the Special Forces Seva Vanitha Branch (SF-SVB) visited Abimansala–3 Wellness Resort, Pangolla on 24 September 2025.
During the visit, they toured key facilities, including the main hospital, DPM section, Ayurvedic Hospital, Prosthetics and Orthotics Workshop, and the Abiman Silpa Piyasa – a space dedicated to creative rehabilitation and skills development for resident war heroes. As a gesture of appreciation, gift packs containing essential daily items were distributed to the inmates.
The event concluded with a tea reception, during which SF-SVB members engaged in an interactive session with the veterans. The inmate band, “Brave Beat,” performed a one-hour musical segment.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Special Forces participated in the event.
