ASVU Honours Retiring Preschool Teachers for Years of Commitment

The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) conducted a service appreciation programme on 21 August 2025 at the ASVU office premises to honour two Viru Kekulu preschool teachers, who are due to retire from the Army in the near future.

Mrs Swendrini Dissanayake, President of the ASVU, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

During the programme, the ASVU President expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable contribution made by the teachers in moulding and nurturing young children through their knowledge and care. She extended her gratitude to the retiring educators by presenting certificates in recognition of their unwavering dedication and years of committed service.
