President ASVU Visits Abhimansala-1

Mrs Swendrini Dissanayake, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), paid a visit to Abhimansala-1 Wellness Resort for differently-abled War Heroes in Anuradhapura on 09 June 2025.

During the visit, the President donated 29 wheelchairs and 05 crutches to enhance the mobility and comfort of the resident War Heroes as the second phase of this donation of medical equipment. Further, specialist doctors from Singapore and China, coordinated through ASVU President, extended medical treatment to the patients using meridian therapy, a specialised technique for neurological conditions.
