CR-SVB Organizes a Women’s Empowerment Programme

Under the guidance of Mrs Samindie Wickramaratne, the Chairperson of the Commando Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (CR-SVB), a Women’s Empowerment Programme was organized on 31 March 2025 at the Commando Regiment Regimental Centre, in line with World Women’s Day.

Professor Hemamali Gunathilaka delivered a lecture on self-confidence, leadership and emotional intelligence, sharing her experiences and inspiring participants to confidently navigate their diverse personal, professional and social roles.

Members of the CR-SVB, spouses of Other Ranks and Civilian Staff participated in the event.
