The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka National Guard (SVB - SLNG) organized a Seva Vanitha Aurudu Pola at the Wehera public ground Kurunagala on the 5th and 6th of April 2025, in celebration of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.
The event was held under the guidance of Mrs. Sumangali Pathiravithana, President of the SVB - SLNG. The fair featured a wide variety of stalls offering groceries, stationery and household items, presented by all SLNG battalions and local traders from the area.
The Aurudu Pola was graced by Mrs. Sumangali Pathiravithana and senior members of the Seva Vanitha Branch - SLNG.
Senior Officers, Other Ranks, and civilians from the surrounding area also visited the fair.
