Viru Kekulu Pre-School, Diyathalawa organised the ‘Singithi Awurudu Ulela’ in celebration of the forthcoming Sinhala and Hindu New Year – 2025, at the pre-school playground on 07 April 2025.
Major General K.A.W.N.H Bandaranayake USP, Commander, Security Forces (Central), along with Mrs. Damayanthi Bandaranayake, the senior member in charge of the Viru Kekulu Pre-School, Diyathalawa, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
During the event, a variety of colourful performances and traditional games were presented by the pre-school children. The programme concluded successfully with the presentation of gifts by the Chief Guest and other distinguished guests.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, pre-school staff, teachers and parents attended the event.
