Under the guidance of Mrs. Ayesha Liyanage, the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB), a stock of milk packets was donated to the children of a soldier serving in the SLSC at the Regimental Headquarters on 07 March 2025.
The daughters of the beneficiary, aged one year and three months, lost their mother, placing a financial burden on the soldier to meet their nutritional needs. Recognising this challenge, the SLSC-SVB initiated this donation, which will continue as a monthly contribution.
