Under the guidance of Mrs. Thushari Abeysinghe, the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAGSC-SVB), a donation programme was conducted for 112 needy children at Waligalla Sri Thusitha Dhamma School in Kandy on 02 March 2025.
They were provided with books, school bags, lunch boxes, water bottles, slippers, pens, pencils, and refreshments.
Major General A.M.K.G.P.S.K Abeysinghe, the Director General Financial Management and the Colonel Commandant of SLAGSC, along with Senior Officers, Officers, members of SLAGSC-SVB, teachers, children, and parents, participated in the event.
