Under the guidance of the President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, a counselling workshop was conducted on 28th January 2025 at the Army Hospital, Colombo, for Officers and preschool teachers serving at the eight Viru Kekulu preschools. The workshop aimed to enhance educators' skills in guiding young learners.
Dr. D.W Thulsara Dissanayake delivered the keynote address, and in recognition of her contribution, the ASVU presented her with a special memento.
Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, Senior Member in charge of the Viru Kekulu preschool in Manning Town, the Colonel (Coordination) of ASVU, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
