Under the leadership of Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), a special lunch treat was organized for patients in Ward No. 05 of the National Institute of Mental Health, Mulleriyawa on 28 December 2024.
The event began with the distribution of a delicious meal, followed by an entertaining musical session performed by the Calipso Music Band of 2 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry. Adding to the joyous atmosphere, gift parcels were also distributed to both the patients and the dedicated ward staff.
Senior Officers, senior ASVU members, Officers, Other Ranks, and the staff of Ward No. 05 participated in the programme.
