MIC-SVB Conducts an Awareness Programme on Breast Cancer

The Military Intelligence Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (MIC-SVB) conducted an awareness programme on breast cancer in collaboration with the Indira Cancer Trust on 07 December 2024 at the Regimental Centre, Karandeniya.

The event was graced by Mrs. Hansika Mahalekam, the Chairperson of MIC-SVB, as the Chief Guest.

The lecture was conducted by Dr. Lanka Jayasuriya Dissanayake, the President of Indira Cancer Trust, and Mrs. Thunuja Subasingha, a Nursing Officer at Colombo National Hospital. At the culmination of the event, the monthly meeting was conducted. Members of MIC-SVB and Officers participated in the event.
