The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) conducted a dry ration pack donation programme on 30 October 2024 at the Multi-Functional Hall of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF).
This initiative, conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, President of the ASVU, aimed to support Army personnel at SLAVF. Major General B.K.G.M.L. Rodrigo RSP psc IG, Commandant of the SLAVF, distributed these relief packs to Army personnel serving at the SLAVF. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of SLAVF participated in the event.
