The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU), under the guidance of President, ASVU, Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, donated essential items for the inmates of Ward 6 at the National Institute of Mental Health, Mulleriyawa, on 30 October 2024.
During the programme, a nutritious lunch was provided for inmates along with a calypso music entertainment session.
Additionally, ASVU staff assisted in cleaning the ward’s drainage system and repairing damaged facilities.
The Brigadier Coordinating of ASVU, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and staff from the National Institute of Mental Health, Mulleriyawa, also participated in this event.
