A new housing project for Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) War Heroes was initiated under the direction of Major General Y.A.B.M Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander Security Forces (Central) and Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) with the supervision of Mrs. Darshanee Yahampath, the chairperson of SLLI Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI-SVB).
Marking the inauguration of the first phase of the project, the newly constructed house for Lance Corporal N.D.C.C Narasinha was inaugurated by the Chairperson of SLLI-SVB on 27 October 2024.
Members of SLLI-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, Beneficiary and his family members Participated in the occasion.
