Donation Programme Held at Army Headquarters to Support Civil Employees and War Heroes

Under the guidance of the Commander of the Army, a donation programme was conducted at the Army Headquarters on 16 October 2024.

Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

During the event, 100 dry ration packs were distributed to civil employees working for the Army.

Additionally, essential cleaning supplies were provided for the upkeep of the swimming pool at Abhimansala II, Kamburupitiya, which benefits resident war heroes undergoing treatment.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
