The Chairperson of the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Army Seva Vanitha Branch (VIR-SVB), Mrs. Thushara Yatiwawala Aluvihare, visited 'Abhimansala-II' in Kamburupitiya on 20 July 2024, along with members of VIR-SVB.
During her visit, the chairperson had a cordial interaction with the resident War Heroes. During the interaction, the chairperson distributed 13 essential gift packs to the heroes and additional gifts to their assistants. In support of the facility’s upkeep, the Chairperson also donated sanitary items for the maintenance of Abhimansala-II.
Members of VIR-SVB offered tea to the residents and entertained them with music.
Senior Officers, Officers, members of VIR-SVB, and Other Ranks participated in the occasion.
