SF-E Conducts Tree Planting Program to Commemorate ASVU's 40th Anniversary

Troops of the Security Forces - East (SF-E) organized a tree planting program on 12 July 2024 at the SF-E premises to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU). The program was carried out on the concept of Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, President of ASVU and supervision of Brigadier A.H.A.D Ariyasena RWP RSP USP psc ptsc, Brigadier General Staff of SF-E. Beet, cashew, melon, and jackfruit plants were planted during the programme.

Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in this event.
