Under the guidance of the Chairperson of Sri Lanka Light Infantry - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI - SVB), Mrs. Vajira Perera, a cassava Dansela was organized at Panagoda to celebrate the Poson festival on 21 June 2024.
Major General G.M.N Perera RWP RSP USP ndc, Quarter Master General and Colonel of the Regiment of SLLI, commenced the dansal programme. A large number of civilians living around the area attended the dansala. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in this charity event.
