CES-SVB Visits Abhimansala-3 to Uplift War Heroes' Spirits

Members of Corps of Engineer Services - Seva Vanitha Branch (CES-SVB) undertook a visit to the ‘Abhimansala-3’, wellness resort in Pangolla with the objective to inquire into the wellbeing of War Heroes under rehabilitation and recuperation on 21 February 2024.

The visit was organized as per the directions of Army Seva Vanitha Unit and under the supervision of Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, the Chairperson of CES-SVB. Members donated two ‘Pahan Weta’ to the premises to be used during religious observances.

The residents and visitors gathered for a tea session, sharing past stories and experiences, and before parting, the gathering posed for a group photograph. The Chairperson of CES-SVB left some complimentary remarks in the visitors’ book.
