Engineer Services Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (ESR -SVB) launched one more welfare project for the benefit of children of deserving Army and civil personnel serving the ESR, headed by Mrs Surangi Amarapala, Chairperson, ESR -SVB.
On 15 January, a donation event was organized for the provision of stationery and school equipment to benefit the school children of the civilian staff serving the 12 (V) ESR. The distribution of these supplies was carried out by the Chairperson, ESR-SVB.
In a parallel endeavor, a significant cash donation amounting to 100,000/- was extended to a Non-Commissioned Officer whose daughter is battling eye cancer and urgently requires an MRI scan. This compassionate gesture was executed on January 9 at 6(V) ESR, showcasing the timely and impactful support provided by ESR-SVB to those in need.
