On behalf of Mrs Banduni Magret Ranasin Ranawaka, Chairperson, Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAOC-SVB), a group of SLAOC-SVB members visited the Ragama Ranaviru Sevana (RRS) on Saturday (27 May) with the objective of stimulating the War Heroes resident there and inquiring about their well-being.
The project was coordinated jointly by the Colonel Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC), Centre Commandant SLAOC, SLAOC-SVB and the Commandant, RRS.
After spending some time with those War Heroes, SVB ladies awarded some gifts to those War Heroes. Several Senior Officers, officers and Other Ranks along with their families. Mrs. Nimali Wijekoon graced the occasion as the Chief Guest representing the Chairperson.
