The Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps - Seva Vanitha Unit (SLAMC-SVU), through their sponsorship provided two 9 Lockers and a TV set for the use of women soldiers serving at Colombo Army Hospital and Panagoda Army Base Hospital.
Mrs. Nilmini Hettiarachchi, Chairperson, SLAMC-SVU took the initiative after the requirement inside their billets was projected to the SLAMC-SVU donated those requirements during a recent visit to Narahenpita and Panagoda hospitals. 2 (V) Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps received the TV set for the benefit of woman solders serving there.
