The Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch (CES-SVB) on Saturday (15) undertook a visit to the ‘Abhimansala-3’, wellness resort in Kamburupitiya with the objective of inquiring into the well-being of War Heroes under rehabilitation and recuperation.
Ladies in the CES-SVB, led by Mrs Deepika Prashanthi Chandrasena, Chairperson, CES-SVB carried a stock of essentials to this wellness resort, including new cushions, pillows, appliances, essentials and mattresses as well as gift packs for those wounded War Heroes.
The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Mrs Vajira Edirisinghe and visiting ladies interacted with those War Heroes and exchanged views with them before gift packs were awarded to them.
