The Gemunu Watch - Seva Vanitha Branch (GW-SVB) on account of the ‘Poson’ Poya day launched a devotional song presentation, an exhibition of lanterns and an ice-cream ‘Dansela’ near GW Regimental Centre at Kuruwita on ‘Poson’ Poya day (3 June).
Children of GW-SVB families joined singing devotional songs and the ‘Dansela’ was supported by Kuruwita Grand Guardian business institute.
The treat was attended by Mrs Shalika Edirisinghe, Chairperson, GW-SVB and a large number of Seva Vanitha ladies and their family members. Several officers were also present.
