The Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSR-SVB) on the eve of the New Year distributed dry ration packs among 57 civil employees serving the SLSR Regimental HQ on 30 December 2022 at the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Headquarters in Ambepusse.
Each dry ration pack included dhal, rice, potatoes, onions, chilli powder, etc. The project coincided with the instructions given by the Commander's office in this regard.
Mrs Omila Jayawardena, Chairperson, SLSR-SVB, Major General Priyantha Jayawardane, Quarter Master General and Colonel of the Regiment SLSR, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
