The Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI-SVB), Mrs Dhanusha Weerasuriya on Wednesday (15) paid a visit to the 'Mihindu' Seth Medura (MSM) Wellness Center in Aththidiya in order to look into the well-being of resident War Heroes.
During her visit, Mrs. Dhanusha Weerasuriya had a cordial interaction with those war heroes and inquired into the progress of the recuperation process. In addition, the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Light Infantry donated a 32 Inch colour LED TV for the usage of the differently able war heroes who are currently under treatment.
She also sat with them for tea and had cordial interactions with them. The calypso music provided entertainment to them.
The event was coordinated by the senior Officers of the Regimental Center of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry.
