Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Ladies Listen to 'Dhamma' Sermon

Venerable Udupussellayaye Chandima Thero at Gangodavila Sunethra Mahadevi Buddhist Centre, a renowned Dhamma preacher on account of the Vesak Day delivered a timely Dhamma sermon at Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regimental Centre auditorium on Saturday (13 May) at the invitation of Mrs. Dhanusha Weerasooriya, Chairperson, Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI - SVB).

This programme was conducted with the blessings of the Chief of Staff and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Light Infantry, Major General C.D Weerasuriya RWP RSP ndu and with the support of SVB ladies and SLLI troops.

During the Dhamma sermon, Venerable Udupussellayaye Chandima Thero invoked blessings on all serving the Army, those injured, civil staff and transferred merits to fallen War Heroes of the Army.

Senior members of the SLLI - SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the SLLI and Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps listened to the preaching.
