AGM of SLE-Seva Vanitha Held

The Annual General Meeting of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers - Seva Vanitha Unit (SLE-SVU) was held on 21 December 2021 at the Convention Centre, Mattegoda.

The meeting was presided by the Chairperson SLE-SVU, Mrs Shiromi Amarasekara. During the AGM, office-bearers were introduced and the welcome speech was delivered by Mrs Amarasekara.

A documentary video highlighting the welfare and social activities conducted in the year 2021 was screened and tasks to be carried out in the current year were also reviewed during the meeting.

The AGM followed the annual get-together of past presidents and past members of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Corps of Engineers and the occasion culminated with award of gifts to the attendees.

The programme was held strictly in compliance with COVID 19 Health guidelines.
