An initiative was launched to promote eco-friendly practices within the Army Camps through the recycling of discarded paper. This project focuses on utilizing paper and other natural materials to create unique and artistically finished products. Its primary objective is to transform waste into valuable resources while reducing the environmental impact caused by paper disposal. The inauguration of this remarkable project took place on 7 October 2011 at the premises of ‘Abhimansala 3’ in Pangolla, marking the beginning of a sustainable and environmentally-conscious approach towards paper recycling.
