The Sri Lanka Signal Corps - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC - SVB) in close cooperation with the office of the Chief Signal Officer launched a counselling project for the benefit of lady officers and woman soldiers on the theme “Happy Marriage Life” on 8th August.
The resource person, psychologist, Captain Vishmika De Silva delivered the lectures on those lines and educated those woman soldiers including a gathering through zoom technology.
Major General Lalith Herath, Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps and the Chief Signal Officer of the Sri Lanka Army, and the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Mrs Sashika Herath took part in the arrangement.
It took place at the SLSC Regimental Centre auditorium and addressed behavioral issues related to work place as well as the personal lives of women Officers and Other Ranks.
