The Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch (CES-SVB) made a visit to the ‘Abimansala-3’ wellness resort at Pangolla with the intention of inquiring into the well-being of handicaped War Heroes on Monday (Feb 20).
The visit was planned under the guidance of Mrs Deepika Chandrasena, Chairperson, CES-SVB with the blessings of Mrs Janaki Liyanage, President, Army Seva Vanitha Unit. During the cordial interactions, the CES-SVB gifted 02 grass-cutters to the 'Abimansala-3'.
Furthermore, Seva Vanitha ladies distributed towels among War Heroes during a special tea arranged for them. The Chairperson, CES-SVB, senior members of CES-SVB, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
