63 x Soldiers Successfully Completed The Assistance Physical Training Instructor Course

63 x soldiers successfully completed the Assistance Physical Training Instructor Course no 122 and passed out on 01^st April 2021 at the Army Physical Training School, Panagoda. The Commandant of the Army Physical Training School Colonel LKT Fernando RSP USP graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

S/321944 Cpl Jayakody JAC as Best Section Commander, S/249844 SPR Jayasinghe ADPAK as Best Student and S/430636 L/C Jayawickrama IG as Best Gymnast were received their awards.

During the course, students were given opportunity to learned about the five core subjects other than the physical training. Those are Diet and Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, General Theory of Training, First Aid, Strength and Condition.
