57 X SOLDIERS RECEIVED NVQ LEVEL 04 CERTIFICATES AND 09 X 160 SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR COURSES

Major General D G Hewage RSP the Director General Infantry graced the passing out parade of Physical Training Instructors and awarding of NVQ Level 4 certificate for the 2nd batch as the chief guest held on Friday 20th May 2022 at Army Indoor Stadium, Army Cantonment, Panagoda.

09 x officers participated for Officers’ Physical Training Instructor Course No 13 which was conducted for 77 days (from 06.01.2022 to 20.05.2022) O/71534 Lt PVRP Premarathna SLE secured the 1st in order of merit as the best student of Officer Course.

08 x ORs participated for Advance Physical Training Instructor Course No 43 which conducted for 65 days (from 27.01.2022 to 20.05.2022) S/434462 L/Cpl Dayananda HPSD SF secured the 1st in order of merit as the best student of the course and S/532344 Pte Madushanka VTR VIR was received award as Best Gymnast of Advance Physical Training Instructor Course.

152 x ORs participated for Assistance Physical Training Instructor Course No 125 which conducted for 52 days (from 20.02.2022 to 20.05.2022) S/485336 L/Cpl Bandara AAS GR secured the 1st in order of merit as the Best Student of the course and Best Gymnast of Assistance Physical Training Instructor Course and S/109609 L/Cpl Jayathunga NHMAS SLSR was received award as Best Section Command of Assistance Physical Training Instructor Course.
