THE NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDING OFFICER OF 1 SLNG ASSUMES OFFICE

Major A A T R Abeynandana SLNG assumed duties as the 13th Commanding Officer of 1st Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard on Monday (26) August 2024. A brief ceremony was held.

The Commander of the Army and also the Colonel of the Regiment and all Officers of the Regiment extended their warm wishes to newly appointed Commanding officer.
